Shredded brussel sprout salad with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and a homemade honey mustard lime dressing.

Garlic brown rice and quinoa.

And my gorgonzola and Panko encrusted rib-eye with a butter red wine onion, garlic, and thyme reduction—the gorgonzola/bleu cheese steak is Barry’s favorite out of everything I cook.
